So I've run into a rather weird issue regarding Oberon Prime's HG after the plant update, which is that when the effects mix with the foliage the models distort into a weird pixelated form.

I do not know what causes this issue, I utilize the high graphics profile and my computer is, and has always been, perfecly capable of running it. Other people I've played with don't seem to be able to see it so I don't know if there is a specific setting that should be adjusted for this to stop happening.
I would report this as a bug but first I would like to know if anyone knows what's causing this.
