I just got my Frost prime and no mods in: Perrin Sequence, Red Veil, or New Loka. Now then Cephalon and Meridian both left side syndicates have Frost mods. 0 (PSN)theelix Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 (edited) Nothing happened, it was just decided that frost would be favored by two factions and they happen not to be on the one side. Red Veil is allied with Steel Meridian, and Meridian has no negatives toward Perrin or Loka, so you should be able to level it easily. There's no problem. That is in-fact reversed. Meridian has negatives with both Perrin and Loka. However, through Red Veil it's still easy to level both of them without damaging reputation with Perrin or Loka. It goes both ways, however, in that other frames like Valkyr and Trinity, are exclusive to the right side (both of those are Perrin and Loka only).
