0 trunks013 Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 (edited) Sadly i'm rly far in my NPE to help you out. You have totaly completed it and you dont have arsenal segment at all ? When you go at your arsenal can you just install the segment by pressing X ( square i think sry pc thingy)? Its suposed to be the first segment activated.
