I've heard many different arguments with this thing, that it only buffs weapons, buffs everything like roar, or buffs only physical based attacks ability or weapon.
Can anyone confirm this? I've heard rumors of radial javelin getting the buff as well as peacemaker and exalted blade. Confirm if you can please.
