Should I level up Latron before upgrading it to Tiberon?

Currently i am using Latron and I could upgrade it to Tiberon, but my Latron is not maxed out. I was watching a few guides a few days ago and I remember someone saying that you shound max out everything you buy. Will it make a difference if I use a lvl 20 or lvl 30 Latron to forge Tiberon?

If you dont make it out, you miss out on the Mastery points you'd get and will have to build it again later.

It won't make a difference as a part for the tiberon but you would lose out on some mastery points. I recommend that you finish leveling anything that can be used as a part for another weapon.

Level it to 30 to maximize exp for your overall rank. Using any lvl Latron to build the Tiberon won't make a difference.

For the Tiberon, it doesn't make a difference what level your Latron is. But if you don't master the Latron now, you're missing out on mastery points until you build it again and start over from rank 0.
