Question about enemy damage in Mag's Magnetize bubble

So as I understand it, Magnetize basically multiplies all projectile damage that enters the bubble or originates in the bubble and draws it toward the center.

That multiplied damage is then applied to all enemies in the bubble as periodic tick at 25% of the total projectile damage that entered the bubble?

This is correct so far? I assumed so because thats what every source says at least.

What about when friendlies stand in the bubble? If enemy projectiles connect with you inside the bubble does it do multiplied damage?

Also I was wondering about status proc damage like blast, does that add to the damage tick and explosion?
