Missing Tennocon Codes

I bought two Digital Tickets for Tennocon. Today I received just one code. I used mine and have access to the special relay and the glyph and plat pack.

But no second code has arrived for the friend I purchased the second ticket for and the code I have is not valid for him. (One time only use). Nor are the items enabled on his account.

Eventbrite side is saying contact the organisers. There is no one available on Warframe help as they are Monday - Friday only. And the relay will close in 2 days.

Am I doing something wrong here or has anyone else had this issue?

I have yet to receive a code at all.

There have been a couple people, including me, who have encountered this problem. I only got 1 code in 2 separate emails, and my friend is without his code, Baro items, exclusive items, and will to continue playing.

The site stated that Digital codes were one purchase per an email/account. 

If you used your email for both codes purchases, that's probably why the second code is invalid. 

You could still try support, and see what happens.

Oh I agree that the code was a one time only use - but I bought two tickets and provided two user id's and I've only had one code so Now I've paid for two tickets and can only use one. I sense the word REFUND in my future

I watched my girlfriend  rush home to catch the panel on twitch , but the stream was laggy and the devs where incomprehensible, so instead she  struggled the whole time on her ps4 trying to validate her code.. she never got it to work and when she finally gave up, that silly little panel was over...  Thats some easy money for digital-extremes... I told her she should demand a refund- buncha cons
