Just came back - got a few questions.

So, i've recently come back from a long break. I have got to say - this game is kicking &#!. Thought warframe would've died by now, but no. It keeps rolling in the updates. Awesome. 

What are the go to warframes and weapons at the moment?

What are the go to youtubers for build guides and warframe related stuff?

To answer the 2nd question, I like Brozime. His content isn't super interesting but his analysis is usually really good and he's unbiased and to the point about the stuff he talks about. 

There are so many frames and weapons that are in a good place right now that it would be too long of a list. It really all depends on your style.

Frames, literally anything (Don't try to stay in meta, play w/e you want), as for weapons, with the rivens also anything, except some low tier ones that even with rivens struggle a little in end-game.
