Help finding the TennoCon glyph

Bought the Digital Pack months ago, and yesterday I received my Plat, Baro access, and Liset decoration. But I have yet to locate the TennoCon glyph in my Inventory.  Wouldn't seem to make sense that I received everything else, but not this. Before I send the issue off to Support, can anybody share what name it's listed under? Has anyone else has had trouble receiving just the glyph?

Have you checked your glyph menu? You might be able to find it if you sort your glyphs by "owned" and it lists all the glyphs you currently have first
