So here and there someone banned out of the blues for "hacking" and when they tried to say they're not hacking they got blocked while they have solid proof that they don't. Is this some automated things cause if it is then that kinda faulty system you guys having and you might wanna check on it, if it's not then it's kinda on you if there a backlash, you might need to hear them out, they could be using some 3rd party program that ISN'T hacking but your engine presume as such (might wanna look into that). This kind of thing doesn't happen often but when it does it's very problematic, so please, in the future, those "hackers" you gonna ban might be innocent and you guys need to have a broader view if you want to keep your player base. This is from a guy who sees to many media ranting at you for not listening
