Buy Prime Frams with plat?

Hi, i've been playing Warframe since 2013 but i never actually got into it till now since i actually learned i could craft everything, and it's all been g, till Vauban Prime. I was super happy when i got all his blueprints, but then i saw them... Those requirements... Those requirements are insane, i think he is the most expensive frame to date. I mean 20 Nitian Extract and 7000 Oxium?!? but i really want that frame, I don't have any time to farm him without staying up till 7 am, so i'm wondering if i can buy him off of another player or the market.

Nope, you have to farm the resources to build him.  The only way to buy any Prime frame is through Prime Access, and that's only whatever frame is the most recent or currently unvaluted.

The only way this was possible was by buying his Prime access pack when it was released.  Now you'll have to craft him using the items, meaning you'll be farming Nitain and Oxium for quite a while.

What about the compnents to Vauban Prime? Like the Chassis, Neuroptics and Systems? Can i buy the compnents of other players then build it? Because that way i only have to get the 5 Nitian Extract which i already have 3.

No, only the blueprints are able to be traded. You still have to build the blueprints, then build the frame.

The kuva fortress exterminate caches have the highest drop chance for nitain as well. Once you learn where they are, you can run those missions pretty quick. Ive gotten a few from that myself.

         Honestly you could buy a resource booster for the Oxium It helps a lot. Having a friend to help you farm also helps. As for the Nitain...there's usually 4 Nitain Alerts every 5 hours in a 24 hour period so that maybe the only real problem. Vauban Prime is a real grind but personally one that is worth it. I love Vauban and his primed variant just makes me love him even more so than before. Honestly you should ask yourself is it worth farming for the resources to get him at this moment. You don't have to farm for him right away and you can focus on other things you maybe interested in building. You could just gather small amounts of resources over time so you don't have to farm for him entirely but it will take time regardless.
