Can I deploy an addition extractor if I buy prime vault?

On the wiki it says you can deploy an addition extractor with prime access. What does this mean exactly? If I buy the current Prime Vault as the first thing I ever spent money on, does that count as prime access? I currently can deploy 2 extractors, will I be able to deploy an addition one if I buy the prime vault deal?

Prime access is if you buy the PRIME ACCESS meaning the full Oberon prime access, prime vault wont count unfortunately.

( I would not bother with it tho just get a nekros build and a maxed vacuum mod on your sentinel and you'l get 10x times more resources in a mission than any extractor will ever give you ) Good luck.

unvaulting (currently rhino/mag) will not give you an extra extractor slot annoyingly as I found out with frost/ember unvaulting (not that I was actually expecting the extra extractor)
