downloading updates

I downloaded all the files but when I open the game player it still tries to load them internally

so,  where should i move them to start the game ???

WarFrame Standalone Launcher is some what stable, there are known glitch here and there, and not too horrible to fix.

After installing the based Game Files, the launchers seem to be installing Updates (from the initial Games Files).

What you see might be Updates from the Official Game Installer (published at an earlier time).

 

Now, if you are asking where to move the files(say you have already installed the game before). 

You have to KNOW where the Game Directory is.
