0 SyskossThyGamer Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 I got that message too and I figured out (at least for me) that it usually happens when the connection isnt great, to fix that restart the game. The second possibility (Pc) is that when the box that says "login failed" I found myself hitting the space bar to get rid of the message which adds an extra character to the text box where you enter your password.
