Warframe causing Skype to use more cpu and some other issues

I've found when I am in a video call in skype and start up warframe as soon as i log into the liset it is causing skypes cpu usage to skyrocket from 1-5% to 20-35% keeping in line roughly with the warframe cpu usage and is starting to make the game unplayable.

I have also been suffering extremely long load times, people disconnecting from me if I am host and generally a massive performance loss and hit.

During missions if i am playing with my fiancé who is hosting, and we are on lokis I am finding my loki is becoming visable before his invisibility has finished. which varies between 1-4 seconds on average. But has been an astonishing 10 seconds before. During this time I am unable to recast the skill as it is still counting down the time left on it. This does no happen if i am host however.

All of this has been happening since the harrow patch and none of it occurred before or atleast was noticable.
