Why I do not have an frost prime?

You claim it on twitch. go to twitch, log in, click the crown in the top right area of the screen and find the "claim offer " option. relog into warframe your prize will be delivered.

I've had the same issue, and some other folks too.

But here seems to be the problem, or so I presume.

The free product is only the Prime content, i.e. Frost Prime, etc.

But in order for this products to be free ingame we have to become Twitch Prime Members, which means we have to pay for a Twitch Prime Account.

I believe this might possibly be the reason why you haven't earned ingame Frost Prime. In my opinion, if you read between the lines it's easier to attract people to something with an Add describing something as free.

 If indded it's the case, it's a pitty to notice that this is being used towards us customers.
