For a while now I could never purchase platinum using steam wallet money whenever I try it drops me at the "Steam Wallet FAQ" and none of the problems show up there. So now I'm stuck, I tried looking at my steam transactions and it says "Purchased $20.00 Wallet Credit" no steam wallet lost or platinum gained. Help!
