Dojo Prerequisites

When you create a clan and first get a dojo you have the Clan Hall Right So my question is why i cannot put a Clan Grand hall Right next to that When i try it says "Missing Prerequisite, You need to build Clan Greater hall First" And when i try to build that it says the same thing but with a Great hall. So my question is Do i just need to have those Hallways Exist in my dojo Or do they Actually need to be all in a Row (Which i don't want).

They just need to be somewhere, not in a row. I think our first clan hall is on a separate floor from our main hub now.

2nd Question Does this Clan Layout Work?  (Ps Srry for drawing like a 9 year old i used my mouse in paint )

Oh and the room Right to the base is actually a Grand hall
