Currently have the Hema research underway, and was thinking of upgrading the clan to another tier. Do i have to wait for Hema research to finish in order for me to upgrade clan tier, thus not increasing my research resources or i can freely upgrade the clan tier without conflicting the hema research and have to farm for mutagen again?

Hello fellow warframers,
I have a quick question.
Currently have the Hema research underway, and was thinking of upgrading the clan to another tier. Do i have to wait for Hema research to finish in order for me to upgrade clan tier, thus not increasing my research resources or i can freely upgrade the clan tier without conflicting the hema research and have to farm for mutagen again?
