Ignis hunting

A while back I had asked someone for the Ignis Wraith bp since I know some clans will give it to you if you ask. However, I haven't been in contact with the for a few weeks so I went to the trade chat looking for this weapon. Two people responded to me but 1 was trying to get 10 platinum for it and the other asked how much I was looking for. Have clans stopped being friendly about this weapon, or I am looking in the wrong place at the wrong time? Also, if anyone has access to the bp in their clan, would you be willing to help a fellow tenno?
