Vaulted Prime Accessories

I was thinking, while I was checking the prices of Prime Access and the Prime Vault. I realize that in the Prime Access tab the Accessories is separated from the others but in the Prime Vault the Accessories is not separated they come as a whole set, mean while I really want to get the Prime Accessories from Both packs from the Prime Vault, that's all I need, I already have the Warframes and the Weapons but the Prime Accessories I don't have it, can you guys help me clarify why they don't separate Prime Accessories from the Prime Vault I'm really curious.

That discussion was started on forums multiple times already (me included, I am guilty) and it was stated long time ago that accessories won't be released separately because I'd be unfair toward people who bought their accessories with original price.
