Mod locations?

Hey guys! Hoping to maybe get some concrete info on this. I am needing the following mods:

• Hellfire
• Split Chamber
• Blood Rush
• and Tempo Royale

Now I usually will go to google, look on wiki/forums/steam/etc. But I am at a loss, everywhere says something different, everywhere says this didn't work for them, but this worked for someone else..you get the hint lol. As a new player I am just confused. Any advice on where to get started getting these mods?

Tempo Royale is a very rare drop and may be faster/easier to wait until it's in stock with Baro Ki'teer.
