punkrockwarlord Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 (I searched for this topic and similar - sorry if I missed it) TF2 has a coaching option where experienced players can offer to help new players. I've seen many Warframers do this in mission as most folks are pretty helpful when asked. Would it be useful to have a way for new players to explicitly ask for active coaching? I know most folks who ask for mission help / backup now do so thru Region Recruiting or Clan chat. After reading posts on the Rusher vs. Explorer debate and seeing ideas for self-flagging as a player type (I'm a rusher") I wondered if self-flagging as a coach would be helpful or a needless complication.
