Some guy offered me 50p but I see people trying to buy veiled melee rivens for 150p. the reason people buy them veiled for 150 is because they are new. usualy prices are lower for unveiled rivens because of their weapon. so unless you get a mainstream weapon like galatine your riven wont be worth as much as a veiled one.
