That concept art shows a few moving parts that don't behave that way in game. Is it supposed to have some sort of laser string, any kind of visible projectile? I haven't unlocked the arrow skins but the Meer appears to be Corpus and would be a nice accompaniment, but previewed in the arsenal it sticks out at an odd angle, and anything aligned like you would expect clips into the grip anyway.
