Harrow Quest reward bugged out

I competed the Chains of harrow quest and i didn't realize till i later watched a youtuber play through it that my quest reward had bugged out and not given me the melee riven mod that you are suppose to get when you finish the quest i have a screen shot of the last message from Palladino and its blank on the reward section

You get the riven mod when you buy the Harrow frame before starting the quest. 

This gives people the reason to play the quest after buying the frame.
