Svytoj kept his eyes open for any signs of a security camera. If he could circumvent them, he may be able to leave undetected.

At least two overhanging cameras sweep the hanger floor from the tops of their corners, their movements consistently moving left to right in a timed and synced fashion. Possibly more may be in the other corners, but they would be difficult to spot without breaking the iced cover and getting to a better position.

The whir of machinery fills the enclosed space up above the shuttle, several giant clamps lower down and grapple onto the craft, luckily none of them directly on the Frost's position. Like a fish being pulled out of the water, the vehicle rises towards the roof, where various identical shuttles and mining crafts hang like dangling pot lights. Catwalks and vents leading out of the hanger come into view, but at least for the vents none of them are large enough to fit a large pair of engines without causing noticeable damage.

As the shuttle nears the top of the ascent, several vehicle-grade blowtorches and scrapers come down from the ceiling alongside fuel pumps and wiring, the presumed intent being to make the craft ready to cycle back out as soon as possible.

As the clamp grabbed him, Svytoj took the opportunity to dislodge some of the ice near his eyes, giving him a clear picture of the area without exposing him to the cameras' full scrutiny. He allowed the torches melt away some of the ice, looking around to make sure the cameras weren't aimed at him. He gently pried himself away from the shuttle, nimbly avoiding the scrappers, and making his way over the the catwalks.

The Gox squadron make no overt action as they encircle and escort the shuttle that's come out of the debris field for the moment. After a quick minute, the shuttle enters the closest Stanchion-class hauler, passing through a gravity field designed to keep the atmosphere inside; coming to a stop in the middle of the hanger. As quickly as its engine whine down, a crew of twelve briskly march out of a lowered gangplank, and into the bowels of the freighter.

Behind the shuttle, two large serrated blast doors begin to close. A craft could possibly slip in undetected if it moves quickly, but otherwise several meters of solid reinforced metal will separate it from being able to track the goings on inside without finding an exposed port; the possibility not nil, but quite possibly very hard to achieve on the outside in this heavily armed convoy.

Shaken by the cresendoing mine explosions, the detached fomorian core begins to accelerate on it's collision course with the derelict(?) hauler. Like a light burning brighter before it fizzles out, another two power nodes flicker to life alongside the twelve other ones still spinning, energy radiating dangerously off the engine. Whatever the frames plan to achieve inside the wreck, haste seems to be the prudent action.

Altair finally found the Itzal and equipped it before opening the ship's rear door and jumped out before looking around as he flew very silently trying to get his bearings as he breathed within his Warframe. "Okay, just gotta take it steady. " He then moved forward more but tried to stay out of sight in case of hostiles as he made his way to the core but trying not to collide with it.

As the Frost makes it's way over the catwalk and into the inner hallways, the ship is abuzz with activity. Down every intersection squads upon squads of crewmen marched with drilled intensity down the corridors, fully automatic weapons in hand and batons hanging off the hip. Compared to the regular ships infiltrated by Tenno, these ones are even more spartan. Not a single crate, barrel, or locker was lining the hallways, instead every other corner had more of the sweeping cameras, each accompanied by their own folding laser turret. On the public comm lines, it is a hive of buzzing activity.

[...hallway 402 clear, *crackle* moving onward to 381A...]

[...squadron Sparrow finishing it's sweep, no signs of *crackle* enemy activity yet...]

[...bringing *crackle* in Denial Bursa unit Swallow for maintainence, cycling with unit Hawk...]

[...shuttle ACC just arrived in hanger 32, ice on outer hull. Beginning sweep of craft possible intruders and clearing debris...]

If this freighter is another decoy, it`s certainly an elaborate one considering the huge amount of security onboard. The atmosphere even in the recycled air is one of utmost seriousness; It's as if every single member onboard is expecting a firefight and soon. Every single eye inside, organic or artificial, is on alert for a repeat performance for who or whatever stole their oxium out from under their noses. The Corpus aren't going to let their profit slip through their fingers a second time, not without a fight.

Out where the chilly frame is standing, the sounds of synchronized footsteps approaches Svytoj. Ventilation hatches and offshoot rooms abound, but attempting to sneak an archwing sized object stealthily might prove more challenging than most. The cameras sweep constantly, but for someone with enough dexterity it's possible to weave under their lines of sight.

After checking his corners, Svytoj quickly disconnected the wings and engines from his archwing, leaving only the harness and systems behind: An archwing as a whole item would be hard to conceal, but strip the wings and all you have is a back pack. "{If anything goes awry, get out of there: it's better to loose one warframe than two and a Tenno.}" he finished as he stepped through another icy corridor.

After several minutes of walking, Chegar came a cross a large door; locked and frozen over. If he was right, the data vault and its terminal should be close by. He knelt near the door, removing the magazine from his angstrum, and attached two tesla mines to the barrel, turning the small rocket launcher into a primitive arch-cutter. He began his task of cutting through the metal door. With any luck, he'd finally be able to proceed towards the vault.

Leonardo just kept watching in the meantime, waiting for the culprit of this entire mess, someone who's been stealing Formorian cores and entire ships from the Corpus wouldn't be willing to miss this chance.

He also kept an eye on his fellow Tenno who were apparently inside the ship. "Leonardo to Vigil Noble, any sign of changes on your end?"

The automated torches and scrapers paid the extra payload no heed, continuing their task as normal...up until one flame set itself upon the primed warhead.

The missile lights up the shuttle in a spectacular blossom of light and fire; shaking the entire hanger, ripping catwalks from their hinges, and demolishing entire chunks of the foundation. A raging fireball floods into the interior, turning several nearby Moa squads into blackened slag. Alarms begin blaring throughout the ship, and blast walls begin to seal to contain the aftermath. If the Corpus aren't already on alert, they certainly are now. Already, the *clunks* and *hsss*ing of metal plates begin to reverberate down the vent that Svytoj is in, and unfortunately(?) for the Frost, his chosen hiding place is one of the places still exposed to the explosion, flames already licking up and towards his position.

The core begins to alter course...for all of few seconds before falling apart entirely. Between the explosions on the outer edge of safe zone and now the sudden artificial movement, the already unstable core falls apart at the at the seals. Like a cracked hive of wasps, every single power node comes fully to life now; violently ejecting from the main mass and flying off in different directions.

All along their flight path, lethal levels of radiation and toxic fluids spray out like a burst balloon. Even in Archwing or landing craft levels of protection will succumb within seconds to the ichor gushing out all over the area. Several ignited power nodes and chunks of the core fly straight into the freighter, sticking out like a skewer on a chunk of metal meat. The entire craft begins to break and crumble, the magnetic locks on the doors dropping though still closed as the ship begins to lose what little power it has.

On the bridge, one of the jammed nodes begings to meltdown, the sudden influx of heat begins mixing with the cryotic filling the freighter for a tumultuous situation. Already, bubbles of superheated coolant are forming all around the bow of the freighter, ready to pop the doomed craft into dust.

As the vault doors finally creak open, the vault lights begins to spasm uncertainly. If any data worth searching is still inside, the window to grab it just dropped by magnitudes, to say nothing of trying to escape afterwards.

This wasn't going to end well, Leonardo manoeuvred his ship to a safer zone as the core begins to fall apart

He took a moment to think on what he could do to give the guy inside the freighter time, perhaps move an asteroid in-front of it but the impact might cause the core to explode...

He quickly pocketed the remaining rockets from his archwing, and moved through the vents away from the flames, dismantling any grates inside the ventilation system that would prevent his travel. He made sure that the grates he went through weren't ending in hallways: with the bees nest he'd rattled up, the last thing he wanted to do was walk into a occupied hallway.

As for the odonata's wings, they would be subject to the heat of the fire coming towards them.

(I'd assume it's a standard data vault that you normally see. Besides, a Lua data vault would just be way too messed up here. That's up to the GM though)

Altair nodded as he kept flying back to the ship quickly. "Good. Now, just be careful, remain undetected of any distractions, get the data, and get out safely before hell breaks loose."

The hallway isn't filled with fire and light just yet, but the clock is ticking fast.

The first few grates go down, but it`s becoming clear that it's taking far more time than it would normally; the grates also running smaller versions of the magnetic locks used by the main hallways. The self contained shields on the archwing engines and frames would hold for now, but the the temperature is spiking rapidly upwards. Smaller bits of shrapnel from the hanger are flying outwards and buffeting the frame from behind, adding to the shield drain. Sound has turned into nothing but a white *ROAR*, as another explosion from an adjacent shuttle goes off.

Hunkering down in a room or running through the closing blast doors is still an option, but the time for decision making is fading, as a particularly large piece glowing piece of a W-beam tears through the vent and impales itself with a chalkboard scratching *SCREECH* just inches from the Frost`s helmet.

More than half the vault is covered in solid cryotic and ice, with less than a third of the hanger down the stairs still free. The overhanging shuttle is completely caked in turquoise blue in the Vauban's flashlight, presumably a casualty of the earlier deep freeze. All the laser generators are deactivated, but the rest of the vault's doors will be a repeat of the the entrance. Though the cryotic defense definitely worked as expected, having chunks of a leaking formorian core is definitely not part of the freighter's standard operating procedure.

Already, bits and pieces of ice is shaking off, and small pools of the valuable coolant are forming at Chegar's feet.

"Just relax, Chegar. Don't let the environment deflect you from your objective. Get to the vault's data, retrieve, and get out. I'll watch the core. " Altair dug deep as he kept pushing the core out of the way carefully while breathing.

Altair would only hear the sound of shred pads detonating and glass shattering as Chegar leapt into the Data vaults hanger, making sure to avoid any icy patches he could. he quickly spun around, looking at the area where the door control and laser grid would be, checking to see how iced over the corridor was.

The wave of fiery death chases after the Frost, flames and debris licking at his shielded feet. The shockwave from the hanger propels Svytoj like a greased bullet through the vent, grates below flying past in a blur. For a brief moment the aftershock even envelops the frame entirely, but after a agonizing eternity Svytoj is finally spat out of a loosened grate and into a small enclosed room as the vent seals off behind him.

The blast door in front of the Frost opens up from the incoming motion, right into one of the Stanchion freighter's cargo holds. Crates upon crates fill the enclosed space, several of the open ones glittering with the telltale crystalline turquoise of processed cryotic...along with one of the most heavily armored guards ever seen.

The catwalks line with Techs and Nullfiers, the floor packed with every single type of bursa known to date lifting cargo to and fro like ants. The ceiling above is filled with a veritable swarm of shield and sapper ospreys, even topped off by one of each class of Raptor. As the intruder drops into the room, every single gun clicks into readiness and is trained upon Svytoj. On the P.A, a sharp voice cuts through the silence.

"Discard your weapons and harness, and raise your arms in the air." The speaker shouts with no uncertainty in their tone. "Any attempt at using your powers or resistance will be met with extreme prejudice."

In a stroke of luck, the door into the inner vault terminal remains mostly free of ice, only a quarter of the metal door glistening blue in the flashlight. The rest of the hanger is frozen in a solid block, the lone shuttle overhead completely encased in cryotic. None of the upper vents remain free, and the entire right side of the hanger leading into the stairs above is also shut off. It's a clear path to the vault doors, though attempting to parkour would be met with a low ice ceiling. The bottom of the first door hangs slightly ajar, the space barely enough for a regular sized human to squeeze through.

"F#ck my life..." Svytoj said, taking in the situation. With all the personnel and proxies around, it was clear that He was out gunned.

And then everything withing a 200 meter radius of the frost was sent flying violently across the room.
Even without wings, he still had a few tricks.

Chegar laid on his back, summoning a bounce pad at his feet, and facing towards the vault door. he was sent skidding towards the door, his helmet making an audible 'bonk' sound as he collided with part of the door.
He shook his head, and began to hoist himself inside the vault, just managing to squeeze inside.
Chegar huffed as he finally made it inside.
"I wonder how Svytoj is doing right now..."

Every corpus unit in the room is sent skidding, or crashing into the outer walls, fortune preventing the glass above from shattering. Recovering from the pushback almost immediately, the Raptors' wings open up as a light show of mortars and lasers rain down upon the frame, followed by a swarm of Nemes drones, electrical lasers blazing downwards.

Down on the ground, the various Bursas grind to a halt, digging in with their dense riot shields. Upon coming to a halt, a barrage of enlarging nullifer orbs fly towards Syvtoj, with harpoons in close pursuit. The red painted variants begin laying down a veritable minefield of energy bars throughout the room, the bars magnetic levels capable of sending compasses into a spiral.

Though stunned and injured by the blunt force trauma, already the smaller crew and proxies are beginning to get back up onto their feet.

The vault remains intact, though the lights are definitely a lower shade than when at normal capacity. A shudder and several flickers on the access terminal confirms that the ship is on it's last legs of power. The room remains intact, but the heat and radiation spreading outside is already having an effect as the room begins to buckle and bend unnaturally. Outside the vault room, a small pool of ice and cryotic is beginning to form, as clouds of radiation begin to spawn and grow throughout the hanger.

Svytoj leapt. as the harpoons and null-orbs soared past him, he opened fire on one of the raptor. In his other hand, he took hold of some of the pocketed rocket, armed them, and hurled them like a cluster of shuriken at the airborne proxies. Several bursa would find themselves caked in ice, The now airborne frost sending blast after blast in their direction.
Svytoj scanned the room, making a beeline for the most accessible door.

Chegar threw several shred pads out under the ice sheet he'd crawled from. He'd wait to detonated them until he'd retrieved the data. He turned his attention to the data terminal, quickly plugging in a cipher and downloading the computers contents.
"Almost there..."

The doors slam shut, as much to contain the fire outside while the workers and extinguishers put out the blaze as to keep the frame shut. Stray bits of metal float into the air and attach onto the doors, as proof of their extra magnetized charge.

The armed missles explode in a shower of brimstone, creating a cloud dust. As it quickly clears, enlarging orbs of blue energy radiate out, as the shields ospreys link up to form a protective bubble over the Raptors. One or two ospreys were reduced to slag, but the proxies by and large held the line. More importantly, another salvo of lasers and missiles fly at Svytoj. In a moment linked efforts, the lasers detonate the missles mid flight, filling the center of the cargo room with explosions that would send even an armored Rhino to their knees.

On the ground, the nullifer orbs and magnetic beams continue to spread throughout the hold, the previous ones not dissipating after a period of time as the norm. Harpoons are quickly rewound back into the Bursas as they ready another attempt at capture. On the catwalks, Techs and Nullifer crews on opposite sides of the room kneel down and took aim, before firing synchronized aimed bursts the Frost.

The ciphers finishes downloading, just as primary power runs out of the vault, the main lights dropping for the last time. On one last screen, in red text, a timer is counting down, triggered by the hacking attempt, successful or otherwise.
