Can't walk or sprint properly.

I cant sprint or walk in game as it just slows me down and shows no animation. It happens on all frames and the only work around is to hold a or d at the same time as w or s to move forward or backward.

Its not the hobbled key cause I checked, reinstalling does nothing as well, all key binds have been reset and keyboard has been checked.
