Zenith permanently in Semi-auto mode after a dive

I ran across this by accident: I used my Zenith, alt-fired the disc and while the timer was running, fell into a pool (submersible). There I spent so much time that the disc-timer touched zero. Several seconds later I emerged from the water...and my Zenith still fired in Semi-auto. I reproduced this bug twice. I might have to add that I wore only the Zenith for levelling purposes.

If you fire the alt-fire again, you switch to full auto immediately. If you leave the water while the timer is still running, it ends correctly.  Otherwise, if you follow the procedure above, you have infinite semi-auto. I was running solo...if that's important.
