My warframe started moving in slow-motion

I was chatting while loading into a mission and skipped the video before the mission start. One of these probably bugged me and my warframe started moving at about half of the speed it actually should have been moving at. It slowed not only movement speed but also jump, aiming and loading the arrow speeds. So basically all the movement speeds of my warframe were halved. The mission was started with another player and he moved just as usual, while it was not just a FPS drop or animation bug because we both seen him move at normal speed and me slowed.

Actually happened to me for the second time. It seems like I get invisible (in buff panel) frezze debuff (i can see the white silouette around my warframe). For some reason it disappeared when my freind (who was the host of party) left that instance.
