Transmissions Video Options

So how do you like playing excavation and you're 800 Cryotic and Lotus pops a transmission and you can't see any stats on the 2 Excavators you have going? Or how do you like playing any mission and a Syndicate fills up half of your screen so you can't really do anything?

The solution is simple. Make an option for the transmission to come through as an audio only and remove the video that covers vital information on the screen. Make a small audio visualizer that goes along to the voice of the transmission so it can still look neat but not need nearly as much real estate on the screen. 

There's already like 10 ability icons, the mini map, health bars, etc. so anything to free up the HUD is good.
