Decouple Focus/Transference (allow separate assignment)?

So I guess this is a feature request: can we have the option to decouple the Focus/Transference command, so that it can be mapped to separate buttons?

The reason I ask is that right now, Focus/Transference is the 5th power in a Warframe's power list, and I find myself quite often accidentally activating Transference and popping out of my Warframe when there's no need to do so (I cycle through powers using the D-pad, and sometimes you just hit the pad one too many times; if you then activate a power, what you activate is transference). 

Alternatively, I would happily take an option like "Disable Transference" as well, since it's pretty much a non-useful feature for my gameplay.
