ArmaMalum Posted July 22, 2013 Share Posted July 22, 2013 What would happen if warframes got very slight bonuses for using thematically appropriate weapons? e.g. Rhino and the Fragoor/Scindo, Banshee and the Paris, Ash and Kunai, etc. It doesn't even have to be stat bonuses, unique idle animations or a unique color option could work. I guess I want this partly because I twitch slightly anytime I see a Rhino running around with daggers or a Loki with a Gorgon. Feedback always welcome! ArmaMalum Posted July 22, 2013 Author Share Posted July 22, 2013 I will admit, the whole "forcing someone into a weapon loadout" is a definite con and something I am trying to avoid with this suggestion (i.e. unique idle animation, color, etc.) my main goal with this is to eliminate some of the "mosh pit" mentality for weapons. Right now it's just a leveling spree where you max one weapon and move to the next, nothing's there in-code to persuade you to KEEP a weapon is my main problem.
