dan.io.wal
The warframe of Fear Manipulating the emotions of enemies and allies alike, Setto rallies his allies to prey upon the fears and weaknesses of the enemies they face. Innate Polarities: Dash in the Aura slot, one dash, and one "D" Base Stats (Just suggestions) Armor: 225 Health: 125 Shields: 75 Power: 125 Sprint Speed: 1.2 At max rank: Armor: 300 Health: 225 Shields: 175 Power: 175 Sprint Speed: 1.2 First Ability: Imbue Affected by: Power Strength, Power Efficiency Cost: (25 to activate, effected by power efficiency) Rank 1: 7 Eps Rank 2: 4 Eps Rank 3: 2 Eps Imbue allows Setto to take on the appearance and personality of the being that the enemies around him fear most. While toggled on, enemies are staggered, causing them to run away, or be knocked down with a 10% chance. Those who fall are open to ground finishers. With each kill, the effect of the power grows, stacking up to tw times the chance for enemies to collapse to the floor. For each enemy killed with a ground finsher, the effect will stack by adding 10%, capped at 50%. Second Ability: Solicitude Affected by: Power Range, Power Duration Cost: 50 Energy Duration: Rank 1: 3 Seconds Rank 2: 5 Seconds Rank 3: 10 Seconds Range: Rank 1: 15 Meters Rank 2: 20 Meters Rank 3: 25 Meters Damage Reduction of enemies Rank 1: 25% Rank 2: 15% Rank 3: 5% Solicitude causes enemies in a large radius to worry, and become terrified. They slowly band together until they can't move any more. Once banded together, they'll be stuck together for a number of seconds before the effect wears off. While together they'll take less damage, percentage based of course. Third Ability: Grit Affected by: Power Range, Power Strength, Power Duration Cost: 75 Energy Rank 1: 10 Seconds Rank 2: 25 Seconds Rank 3: 40 Seconds Power Range: Rank 1: 10 Meters Rank 2: 15 Meters Rank 3: 20 Meters Vulnerability/Damage Increase Rank 1: 15% decrease to armor, 10% increase to damage Rank 2: 30% decrease to armor, 15% increase to damage Rank 3: 40% decrease to armor, 20% increase to damage Grit causes Setto to remove his own fears. He takes more damage, but deals higher percentages of damage with weapons. For every ally within range when he casts the ability, he will lose an additional 10% of his original armor value. Fourth Ability: Deimos & Phobos Affected by: Power Duration, Power Range, Power Strength Cost: 100 energy Rank 1: 4 Seconds Rank 2: 10 Seconds Rank 3: 12 Seconds Power Range: Rank 1: 30 Meters Rank 2: 40 Meters Rank 3: 55 Meters Damage Rank 1: 200 dps Rank 2: 500 dps Rank 3: 1200 dps Setto summons the pure, unchained forces of fear and terror, slowly lifting two ancient idols imbued with void energy. For ever enemy caught in the radius, damage is increased by 3%. Passive: For every status proc affecting Setto, he gains 25 energy. When energy colors are in the warm spectrum, enemies will take extra damage from abilities of allies. When energy colors are in the cool spectrum, allies will gain energy when Setto does from status procs. (I'm currently working on a design for him :D) Edited September 25, 2017 by danthedapper
TheBubbleman
I think if I were you, I'd sell this as more of a fear-based warframe than an emotion-based. I was expecting something that more diversely involves other emotions like sadness, disgust, and hate, so I was a little disappointed. Still a good concept, though.
