Fell through the floor during Mastery Rank 8 test on final try. Now I have to wait 24 hours to do it again.

I was trying to do the MR8 test on PS4 and with the PS4 controller, mobility is absurdly difficult so I failed most of the attempts. However, on my final attempt I landed on the second to last platform, close to the edge, but I fell through the platform inexplicably. This makes me furious and I demand to have this 24hr counter reset.
