Odd Latency Problem

Hi not sure if a bug or a problem related to my internet connection.

 

The game runs fine until we are a team of 4.

As the fourth member joins I start to have huge "ping" latency, circa 1000 ms.

 

I analyzed the network from options menu and all items are fine.

I forwarded the ports and no firewall is blocking the game.

 

I know the game is peer to peer and most lag problems are host related but the latency shows up only if 4 players are together, a 3 player mission runs perfectly.

 

It's not like "you get X lag for each player" it's like "cannot compute 4 players, latency attack!"

 

Anyone with a similar problem? I'm using windows 8.

Yeah, im having connection issues the whole day, too.

 

I cannot connect into missions, get a host migration and be the only one left in the mission, running missions are not displayed properly on the map, after accepting invites for void missions it tells me the session is not avaiable, etc, etc.

 

I guess its the games servers or my provider. Im gonna sit this one out.

The same issue started for most of my clan members after update 9.

I suppose it's probably also our slow upload speeds (512k) but before update 9 we had no issues with 4 of us in a game.

Now 3 people are fine, but as soon as the 4th player joins things get a bit laggy.  The guys with 1Mb upload speeds in our clan does not have the issue
