The War Within keeps Repeating

Hello, I have finished the quest “The War Within” twice now. And every time i go back to my ship after i made my return to the mounten to destroy or consume the staff.... The mission just repeats itself from the point where you have to defeat the end boss... it’s really annoying me because when i restart warframe, the quest starts itself right away. So it’s not possible for me to play at all. 

I hope someone knows how i can fix this!

For anyone else here with this problem this is what I had to do to fix mine:

1. Open up the Warframe launcher and click the little gear in the upper right corner
2. In the upper right of the settings menu (little cogwheel) click the Verify button in the Download Cache section and let it run to completion
3. Once the game starts it will still begin The War Within quest (right before boss fight) like before. Complete the mission one last time

It should work fine after this.
