How To Fix Poor Perfomance on 1080-1080ti And maybe 1070-1060

Hello!~

So, A very easy way to fix this is to get a Overclocking utility Software, like Evga precision X or Asus ASUS GPU TweakII.
Then on the software you to find the "Frame Rate Target" and set it with like 60+ FPS.
I recommend trying this with Vsync off if u still have problems.
