Index Specters; Hold Position/Follow?

Please, for the love of Lotus, give us a "Hold Position"/"Follow" option for the host on Index specters. It is really hard for me and my team mate to do a quick Index run when the specters keep killing enemies and turning in points. They're just really useless, only get in the way, and are an all around inconvenience for the credit farm in my opinion and players would be better off with leaving them in one place so they don't make whats supposed to be a 5 minute run into a 10-15 minute run. I know it's supposed to be an "endurance" and all firepower should be necessary, but most of us just aren't there to endure, and would rather keep them out of the way.
