Got my mote amp back via support ticket. Doesn't show up in missions.

I sold the mote amp before I gilded it, and filed a support ticket a couple weeks ago. They were nice enough to give me the amp back in the form of a blueprint (very appreciative) however, after crafting it, it doesn't show up in missions on my operator and i'm not able to rank it up. When you end the mission however, it shows up in the mission results.
