Plague Star Stage 4 - Possible Fix

This is a semi-repost. Other people have already started threads on this, but I think I can give some insight on the issue that might assist in rolling out a fix.

This problem only seems to have appeared after the night cycle started. I believe it has something to do with the Eidolon lures. 
There is one that spawns just within the outer radius of the kill zone. I immediately suspected it to be connected, but that suspicion intensified upon finding an invisible electric crawler... 
It could not be damaged via any means whatsoever, and was only visible via the electric aura. It was also labelled as an ally when I placed a waypoint on it.
It makes sense that the lure is a likely cause or at least contributing factor to the issue.

Assuming the lure is indeed the cause of the issue, I'd imagine all that needs implemented to amend the issue is either removal of the "eliminate all enemies" stage - make the event bounty end after the "100%" is reached - or move the lure just out of range of the yellow kill objective circle.
