Need a crazy amount of Plastids, ASAP

Good morning.

Being one of the only 3 members of my clan, and the only one around, I need over 11k plastids for the Infested Jug in this Operation Plague Star.

I've been using the tips found in the warframe wiki. I don't have a Nekros, and I haven't touched my Hydroid Prime. I've been gaining 500+ per a 20min survival mission on Saturn.

Suggestions appreciated.

I generally farm plastids and poly at the same time on Ur - Uranus. It's a dark sector defense mission. When running with Nekros and Speed Nova, you can generally get thru it very quickly.

Dark sector defense on Pluto usually gives me crazy amounts of plastids. I also recommend using Lenz/Zarr and either a Nekros for desecrate or Saryn for her AoE.
