Ammo Mutators Need A Rework

To have the rifle mod give as much ammo as the sniper mod is absurd. I never ran out of sniper or shotgun ammo before and now its just ridiculous.

But of course this ties into the whole ammo system is inadequate to begin with; like how fast, light guns have the same amount of ammo for slower harder guns.
