[German] Exodia Epidemic [Fixed]

In the Arcana-manager the *ranks* of the Exodia Epidemic arcana say: "Rank 2: Verlängert die Dauer von Gegnern in der Luft um 2 Sekunden". 

This would mean, that the enemies would stay in the air for 2 seconds more than in rank 1. On max rank the arcana would hold enemies in the air for 10 seconds following this logic. 

The right translation would be "Rank 2: Verlängert die Dauer von Gegnern in der Luft auf 2 Sekunden."
