Nova Blueprint Drops Bugged

I've been killing Raptor and when he drops a Nova Blueprint i still dont get it in my foundry!

 

Yesterday when i would pick up a BP drop from Raptor it would show something like ***** ***** ****** (just stars) so i couldnt even tell what the drop was. Though from the orb i could see it was a BP drop from Raptor. During that time i was building several parts for Vauban in my foundry, dunno if it matters.

 

Today i did some more Raptor runs to see if i could get some Nova BP. Now when i would pick up an BP drop from Raptor i could see at the bottom of my screen clearly that i for example got a Nova Helmet BP. But after the mission i still have nothing inside my foundry for Nova. So there seems to be some bug going on here that either not shows my Nova BPs in the foundry or the mission is not awarding me the BP somehow.

 

Note that i did finish all the mission runs i did and extracted with the rest of the party.

Got the same on saturn with Ember blueprint (twice) and with hyena boss (neptun?). After collecting pink sphere got desctription ***** : ***** : ****** and nothing was added to inventory

Had this *****.*****.****** BP drop bullS#&$ once today when killing Councilor Vay Hek. As usual i got nothing after the mission.
Though with Hek i have had succesfull BP drops in the past. So this is really strange.

And sometimes when i play with some randoms i cannot read what their writing cause everything except numbers is ***** ****** etc, just like the BP stuff. Though this is not specifically the cause of the problems cause i also do not get BPs when people are talking normal in chat and also i had BPs not being awarded eventhough i could read it was a Nova Helmet BP for example.
