Constant control freeze

There has been a lot of instances where i am left without being able to move or select anything, mostly after missions.

First one was after a sortie, i restarted then go to mod my newly pneuma'd mag. Screen froze again after i hit exit from the mod screen.

Just now, when i left the plains, after the mission summary showed up, i can't close it or anything.

Then it happened again after i talked to konzu. won't let me exit out of his windows.

 

Is this a known bug? Because i've only encountered it after the last TA update
