Best Normal Attack Dmg Weapon?

Which melee weapon gives the highest normal attack dmg and or fastest normal attack?

The Braton is pretty damn awesome, in my opinion.

Assuming you are talking about melee Dual Ether and Fang are usually considered the two best normal attack weapons. Dual Ether are serrated blade damage (armor ignore and 3x damage vs. infested) and hit multiple targets. Fang are armor pierce (+50% damage to Grineer, -50% to infested, 100% to all others) and only hit a single target but attack much quicker.

Fang Prime. Maxed pressure point and fury on that sucker, tears through Grineer and Corpus like there is no tomorrow.

Hm, if you are going against hordes of infested, which would be the best then? Hate perhaps?

if you are going for normal attack no armor pierce or armor ignore and have a potato ready get Reaper prime

 

if you cant Hate is a nice alternative

Fang Prime, Orthos, Dual Ethers.

If you need the best all around Orthos (Prime) or Dual Ethers are your best bet.  While fang are amazing in their own right, they are terrible against infested.

An alternative to fang for infested would be ether daggers.

Terrible is the wrong word. Since they have high base damage and attack rate, if you mod them with fire damage and smite infested, then they do really good damage to light infested and they tear through ancients
