Opinions On Heat Dagger?

I'm making a heat dagger right now, what do you guys think of it as a weapon?

i'm switching out my cronus for it

But seriously, I heard its not worth it. Only for ranking.

Not really a good weapon, but dual heat daggers would have style. Daggers and longswords in general are hard to level because of their hit-limit.

just realized its alot easier to make dual heat swords....and its better than just the dagger...

Daggers are nice when your running Grineer levels and you have max Pressure Point, Sundering Strike, Rending Strike and any level Smite Grineer. Throw ice element somewhere in there too.

I haven't actually used Heat Dagger yet, but I did build it.  I only built it, though, for mastery points.  I've never really heard anything good said about it.  I do love my Dual Heat Swords, though, so if you haven't built those yet go for it.

Well, Heat Dagger does fire damage + whatever elemental mods you have on it in an AOE on ground slam.

But then, DHS does exactly the same thing AND has good charge damage AND can hit multiple targets...

well yea if i had a choice i'd just build the double heat sword, but its too late, i already started building the heat dagger by the time i posted this video

 

its still in the process of building but i don't see any way to revert it and get my resources back :'c
