Earth Tileset & POE Still Need Some Optimizations

The game's performance on earth and poe still require some performance optimizations. In the plains performance drops frame rate a lot. From the usual 60-70 to as low as 21 one at times, This happens mostly during day time in cetus and when you are near grineer camps. Grineer camps are the biggest culprits for me now. also earth tilesets damn those tiles are the absolute worst. you can just load into the map after 5 seconds frame rate drops from 60 to ali the way down to 15. So hopefully that these optimizations can be implemented on the next hotfix(End of year Update).
