Wrum Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 i dont know if anyone has posted about this yet but at the water processing plant on the coast there is a marker on the mini map for a button/control panel but no actual panel. there is also a glass fish here that is obscured b the plants blades making it difficult to scan. i would imagine that the panel that's supposed to be there is in tended to stop the blades and possibly drain the tank which would make getting the scan much easier. i know that there is a magic spot where you can get just the right angle to get the scan but i have not been able to find it.
